Q: What is included in each Nuovah nail kit?
Every Nuovah set comes with everything you need for effortless, non-damaging application:

Q: How do I find my nail size?
You can easily measure your natural nails using a soft measuring tape (in millimeters) or by placing clear tape across the widest part of your nail bed, marking each side with a pen, and measuring the distance against a ruler. Please refer to our Size Guide for standard XS, S, M, and L measurements. If you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing up, as you can gently file the sides with the included mini file for a tailored fit.
APPLICATION & WEAR TIME
Q: How long do Nuovah press-on nails stay on?
With our included premium adhesive tabs and thorough nail prep, wear time is typically 3 to 7 days. This makes them ideal for daily wear, weekend outings, or frequent style rotations with zero damage to your natural nails.
Looking for 2–3+ weeks of long-term wear? Our press-on nails are fully compatible with standard liquid nail glue (available as a separate add-on or you may use your favorite brand at home).
Q: What is the secret to making adhesive tabs last?
Proper prep creates an optimal bond:
- Use the wooden stick to gently push back your cuticles.
- Lightly buff the surface of your natural nails using the mini buffer to remove surface shine.
- Wipe your nail beds thoroughly using the dry wipe. (Pro-tip: dab a little household rubbing alcohol or nail cleanser onto the wipe to completely strip natural oils and dust).
- Select the tab size that best fits each nail, apply firmly, then place the press-on nail at a 45-degree angle near the cuticle and press down firmly for 20–30 seconds.
- Avoid soaking your hands in water for the first 2 hours after application.
Q: Are Nuovah press-on nails reusable?
Yes, 100%! Because our nails are crafted with high-grade, durable salon gel and applied using gentle adhesive tabs, they can be reused multiple times. Simply peel off the used adhesive tab from the back of the nail, store them in your Nuovah case, and they are ready for your next wear.
REMOVAL & NAIL HEALTH
Q: Will Nuovah press-on nails damage my natural nails?
Not at all. Our adhesive tab method is designed specifically for nail health. There is no harsh scraping, no acetone soaking, and zero thinning of your natural nail bed.
Q: How do I safely remove my press-on nails?
Soak your hands in a bowl of warm, soapy water with a few drops of cuticle oil or olive oil for 10–15 minutes. Use the wooden cuticle stick to gently ease underneath the edges until the tabs loosen. Never force or rip the nails off.
SHIPPING & ORDERS
Q: How long does fulfillment and delivery take?
Because our sets are carefully crafted and quality-inspected before shipment:
- Order Processing: 1–3 business days (3–5 business days for intricate handmade designs).
- Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days (zero-liquid parcel for fast, reliable customs clearance).
- Express Shipping: 4–7 business days.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier system.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we begin preparing your order quickly, requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted within 1 hour of placing your order. Please email support@nuovah.com with your order number.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to strict hygiene standards for personal beauty items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, tried-on, or worn nails. Unopened and unused items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery (customer is responsible for return shipping).
Q: What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@nuovah.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
